Back To School Clothing Essentials (According to Pinterest)

Back to school is like the the biggest excuse for a shopping spree. So while you're at the mall you may as well pick up the necessities, (shirts, jeans, skirts... etc.) you should also look out for what's in style. Need some inspo? Keep reading!

Bling is making a comeback!
Everywhere and anywhere, you can now see bling. Whether it's sparkly headband or a big statement earring (hoops? yes please!) sparkles have made a rebound and seem to be sticking for the fall. So, see something glittery at Charming Charlie's? Pick it up and try it on!

Pleats Please!

From the runway to "Hollister" carwash pleats seem to have made their way back into the fashion world. You'll find them in the stores so you may as well pick up a pair. Not your style? Try a regular pleated skirt. 

Booties

Designers seem to have a reaction to our rough winter last year with dozens, and dozens of black boots. These are perfect for stomping through the slush and snow soon to come. With dozens of different styles, may as well grab a pair!

Higher Waists

Waists seem to be sky rocketing this fall with even higher waisted pants that are making their way into the stores. What do these higher waists result in? An exaggerated figure with gives longer legs and small mid-section! Let's just say, I already bought a few pairs.

                                                                         

"She wears short skirts, I wear t-shirts..." 

Skirts, skirts, skirts, and more skirts. Shorter skirts have made their way to the runway to show of your legs. Just, please, don't go to short. There is a dress code.     

Sheer Shoulders

Why show off two shoulders when you can just show off one!? Open shoulders are a clear way to rock it in the fashion world. Still want the sleeves? Try a shirt with a cut-out on the shoulder.

                                                       

Pesky Plaid

Plaid is the old but new way to add a dose of color to your outfit. The red helps brighten things up while still keeping with the fall color pallate. Look closely when you go shopping and you will see little bits of plaid everywhere from boots to jackets to skirts!

Sky High Boots

While short, ankle black boots are in style, so are the tall knee-high ones. Actually, these boots go higher than knees to show off a little leg, and lots and lots of boot. Perfect for a mini dress and skater skirts!
